The supreme authority authorized to make Laws and Decrees in Kingdom K184 is the King.
The highest officials in Kingdom K184 are the Hand of the King, the Queen, and the Chief Justice / Judge are appointed by Decree of the King.
Players with positive Royal, Senator and Brave Warrior titles are a privileged group and have additional rights as defined by this Law.
The "OST Mars" Clan is recognized as a Royal Clan until the King issues a Decree to change it, with rights and obligations.
This Law is effective from 04.09.2026 throughout Kingdom K184, binding all Recognized Clans.
The time for the purposes of application in the Law is Game reset time.
Peace is established in the kingdom. Any attacks by players of Recognized Clans in any Events are forbidden. Only if the King declares the Battle for the Throne event to be a military event, attacks within the kingdom are allowed. At the same time, attacks on resource points of players of Recognized Clans are prohibited regardless of the status of Clash Of Thrones.
Attacks on independent players or players and clans recognized as "outlaws" or players of unrecognized clans and auto-clans are allowed both in cities and resource points. Attacks and reconnaissance of capitals and forts are prohibited, except for attacks on objects of clans recognized as "outlaws", as well as in the case of an official war between clans.
Within Kingdom K184, clans are divided into types, each type of clan has its own might's and duties as defined by this Law. Clans are divided into the following types:
Players of Kingdom K184, regardless of clan, must deposit ingots in the treasury. The limit of allowed ingots accumulation in a city not protected by the Peace Shield is the amount of the capitol's production per day (the table of ingots accumulation per hour depending on the capitol level is available in the capitol's characteristics). In case of violation of this rule, any player of the Royal Clan - makes a warning by sending a message to the personal mail of the offender. If within 10 minutes after the warning the player has not used a shield or deposited ingots in the treasury, he can be attacked by the the Hand of the King, the Queen, Chief Justice or superior of the Royal Clan.
A city with more than 15,000 ingots that is already being marched on from another kingdom may be attacked without warning by any player of the Royal Clan in order to keep the ingots in the kingdom. Resources taken from the city along with the ingots cannot be returned.
It is forbidden for the clan in which an offender is identified to prevent an authorized person from taking out ingots from the city of the offender, in particular it is forbidden to send reinforcements to the city of the offender after writing a warning about the need to surrender ingots.
Such actions are considered as a gross violation of the Law aimed at tax evasion. The King, Queen, Hand of the King, or the Judge may impose penalties on the respective clans in the form of a ban on collecting any resources for a certain period of time not exceeding seven calendar days, or on collecting rare earth resources (tar and gold) for a period not exceeding one calendar month.
In case of repeated violations, the clan may be outlawed.
Any clan may declare war on another clan with or without agreed rules.
At least 24 hours before the start of hostilities, the clan declaring war must make a corresponding entry in the information about the clan, which must be available on the wall of the clan before the conclusion of peace, and notify the opponent of the declaration of war. Otherwise, attacks between clans are considered conflicts between players, and attacks on forts and the capital are a gross violation of the Law. War between clans can be terminated by the King by his decision, which is formalized in the form of a Decree of the King and posted in the chat ROE184**. The demand to end the war is binding on the parties.
Clash of Thrones: both days of the CoT are declared PEACE (contract fights are allowed), the King may change the rules of the CoT to "all against all" and define war days (either one or both days of the CoT), the message about the change of the CoT status is announced in the royal chat 6 hours before the start of the new day, however, violation of the time limit for announcing this decision is not an obstacle to declaring the CoT a military day.
Clan territory is the area of the map marked by the clan boundaries. The territory of a Recognized or Royal Clan is inviolable, all resources in it belong to the clan: Wood, Stone, Iron, Dragon Mounds and Wellspring Ruins. Any clan, or clan member, summoned item belongs to the clan.
Arenas, any event epics or monsters, crypts and citadels are not 'resources' and are available to all.
All Dragon Mounds and Wellspring Ruins must be registered in the Gold and Oil chats and are subject to the daily limits posted in; section 8 (Gold), and section 9 (TAR)
Only clan members may attack trespassers, however a Leader or Superior may request outside help if necessary.
Resource points built for blueprints are private and inviolable.
Uncoordinated collection requires triple compensation:
Recognized Clan members may collect Dragon Mounds. The collection limit is 2 Dragon Mounds per day.
If a player who recorded the resource has not occupied the resource within 10 minutes (to reach and start collecting), the resource can be occupied by any other player who meets the requirements set by the Law, having previously recorded the resource for himself.
The right to reserve and collect a Dragon Mound is recorded in the GOLD184** chat room.
Recognized Clan members may collect tar. The collection limit is 2 Wellspring Ruins per day.
If the player who recorded the resource has not occupied the resource within 10 minutes (to reach and start collecting), any other player who meets the requirements set by the Law can occupy this resource, having previously recorded the resource for himself.
The right to reserve and collect a Dragon Mound is recorded in the OIL184** chat room.
Players of Recognized Clans with might ≥1M may collect level 25 wild silver villages outside clan territories.
Violators may be attacked without warning if attacker meets collection requirements. Chat Administrators may intervene by Muting the player for a period, and / or the Admin, the the Hand of the King, Queen, or Chief Justice may declare them as a violator subject to attack by the first person claiming it in the oil or gold chats.
The titles of Queen and Hand of the King are granted for the duration of the reign at the discretion of the King. In the absence of the King, the royal powers granted by the Act shall be vested in the Hand of the King. For the period of voting day for the new senate, the powers of the Queen and the Hand of King shall be extended.
To obtain positive titles, the head of the player submits a request in the chat TIT184** with a justification for the appropriateness of the title.
Any player who violates the laws of the Kingdom may be outlawed by the Hand of the King, the Queen, or Chief Justice. From the moment someone is outlawed they are deprived of all protection and patronage of the state, and are subject to attacks anytime and anywhere by anyone.
Clans must remove an outlaw player within 24 hours. If the player is not removed within the specified time, the entire clan is outlawed. The punishment is in effect until it is lifted by the King or the person who imposed said status. No clan may accept an outlawed player, if they do they become an outlaw clan. The outlaw status announcement is duplicated in OUTLAW184** chat. If an outlawed player creates his own clan, the clan and all of its members are automatically outlawed. Outlaw status is automatically extended regardless of the change of King.
"Outlaw" status can be removed by the King or by the person who imposed their status by the publishing a message about it in the OUTLAW184** chat room.
Players who publicly insult other players, or use profanity in communication, or participate in inciting ethnic or racial hatred - may be outlawed. Players who engage in or allow deliberate violation of the Law or who do not comply with the Decisions of the King or other authorized persons - may be outlawed.
The players shall first agree among themselves. If no agreement is reached, the Clan Superiors decide. If the Superiors have not decided, the clan Leaders decide; if the clan Leaders have not decided, the dispute is referred to the Judge. The decision of the Judge of the Kingdom is binding on the Parties to the dispute.
The Judge of the Kingdom is appointed by the King and his name is published in the chat COURT184**.
The right to appeal to the court is vested in the heads of the Recognized Clans, by sending a corresponding request to the Chief Justice in the chat COURT184**.
A player who intentionally attacked a player on any resource with a confirmed log is obliged to compensate the costs, including troop losses, to the victim in 3 times the amount of silver (for building resources the compensation ratio is 1 to 1.5: for 1 unit of building resource the compensation is 1.5 units of silver). 24 hours are allotted to resolve this issue.
If the Player refuses to compensate for the damage, the clan in which the offender is located - MUST do it for him, otherwise - the player can be recognized by the judge "outlaw", with the publication of this decision in the chat OUTLAW184** with the reasons for this decision.
In order to ensure due process and justice, the provision of screenshots proving that the player went to an unoccupied resource object or other facts relevant to the disputed situation is mandatory on both sides.
For a single violation of the rules for collecting rare resources, a player may be banned from collecting for up to 7 days by Chat Administrators. For repeated violations, a player may be declared "outlawed".
Royal gifts are given by the King at his discretion.
To receive a gift, the Leader of the Clan of the player for whom the request is formed must submit a petition by writing a corresponding appeal to the King directly to his mail with justification of the expediency of the gift. The King considers these petitions and makes a decision whether to grant a gift or not.
